About us

Founded in April, 2023 Green communities Network is a Non-Profit Ghanaian Society Organization; registered under the companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) of Ghana inspired by a vision of a well-developed and impactful Non-Governmental Organization that affects positively the wellbeing of women, men, young people and children in both rural and urban settings while maintaining the ecological balance of their localities built around the Core Values of Transparency, Honest, Equality, Integrity, Mutual respect and Sustainability”.

The objective of Green Communities Network is to contribute towards climate resilient pathways by investing in programmes and projects across four thematic areas:

  • Green infrastructure and Open Spaces
  • Emergency Response

  • Household Energy efficiency and Green Innovation
  • Promotion Clean Cooking technologies
